inattentiveness or unruly, uncontrollable,
aggressive hyperactivity, in affected
individuals. In all of these cases, the brain
has lost its natural ability to make
appropriate choices, represented as the
individuals “state of mind”. Thus, brain-
carried over from high stimulation periods
into those of low stimulation (or vise-
versa), resulting in thought patterns and
actions that do not match the moment.

typically “bad” or “stupid”, but rather
quite intelligent, good people who may
